Tax Repository tools will be available with instructions and documentation needed by the vendor for either tax exemption or reimbursement. 2. Price Reasonableness tool will be available allowing customers to dispute transactions due to unreasonable pricing. 3. Accounting Official (AO) Validation process. Into-Plane contractors will be required to price their invoices -Into-Plane Contractor can no longer submit transactions with $0 pricing. 3. AIR Card® Transactions Back-up Documentation Upload -All Into-Plane contractors and open merchants are required to upload their fully itemized, priced & signed delivery ticket, and invoice into the EAS.
